Privacy policy

When you order: your name, email and phone; the recipient's name, address and phone; your card message and delivery notes. We need these to make and deliver the order and to reach you about it.

When you write to us through a form: what you tell us, such as your event date, ideas and any photos you attach.

If you join our email list, review an order: your email and, for reviews, the name and town you choose to show.

Card payments go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Your cart and delivery choices are kept in your own browser so they're there when you come back.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Only the people and services that help us fill your order: whoever delivers it, our payment processor, the service that sends our emails, and our website host. They may use it only to do that work for us.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email hello@sweetpeastudio.test or call (912) 555-0186. We'll keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as records of a sale.

Every marketing email has a way to stop them, or just tell us.

If you tick the box at checkout, we text the phone number you give us about that order: that we have it, and when it is out for delivery or delivered. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop the texts, or HELP for help, or email hello@sweetpeastudio.test or call (912) 555-0186. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying, and we don't share your number or your consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for the order, for our accounts and for taxes. Email list and rewards details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
